Welcome to

Twin Cities Rescue Mission

ONE
BIG
FAMILY

Hello and welcome to our Twin Cities Rescue Mission (TCRM) home page. My name is Aaron Walrath, and I am the Executive Director (Chief Servant) here at TCRM. We have three main goals here for each individual. I call it the 3 R's 1) Redemption by the blood of Jesus Christ, 2) Recovery through God's Word and the power of the Holy Spirit, and 3) Resurrected lives by God's grace and mercy!

As you navigate this site, you will see the miracle-working power of God in action. Many come in completely broken and have lost everything including, but not limited to, spouse, children, employment, vehicles, drivers licenses, self esteem, and even the will to live. That is where the 3 R's come in. They find redemption in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ who loves them unconditionally. The recovery process then begins by unpacking the issues that led to their addiction and working them out in a biblical fashion. Last, we begin to see lives resurrected!  When hope is restored, so are families, finances and the self-worth of each individual.

At TCRM we do not receive government funding. We survive by every dime that is sent in by donors such as yourself. However, we do not simply sit here with our hands out waiting for a blessing. We are very much involved in our Yuba/Sutter area. TCRM reaches out in the community by volunteering to clean public parks, fairgrounds, and community events. We paint over graffiti, adopt elderly individuals who cannot keep up on the lawn maintenance, and eliminate fire dangers while exposing covered areas where known drug use occurs. Everything we do is free of charge. God said for us to be a blessing in the community and His people would bless us!

Each person feels a sense of autonomy as they give back to the community. We work closely with local law enforcement and are bridging the gap so they can become active members of society once again. If they are doing what is right in the sight of God, then they do not have to fear law enforcement any longer. As one individual who was in TCRM stated, "It's really cool, it's like going from riding in the back seat of a police car to being able to ride in the front seat!".

Thank you again for visiting us! Be blessed!
